Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY :
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email confirmation with tracking within 3-4 days we advise you to check your junk email folder as many times it is sent to that folder.
COMBINED SHIPPING QUESTIONS :
If you make a purchase and follow with another purchase your orders will be combined and shipped together and the shipping overage paid will be refunded to you. This only applies to orders that have NOT shipped out yet. As long as multiple orders have NOT shipped out the overage will be refunded. Check your email for a refund notification on shipping cost.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates :
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping :
International Shipping is now available. If there are any issues during checkout with International Rates please email us or text and we can get it straightened out for you. Actual shipping rates are calculated automatically by the system. There is no need to message us asking about shipping costs as we do not know the exact cost as it depends on location, weight, package size and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Want to know the cost of shipping? Add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where it will calculate the shipping.
How do I check the status of my order? :
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours from shipping confirmation email for the tracking information to update and become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at myguycollectibles@att.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes :
We do ship to PO boxes as long as the USPS can deliver to such location.
UPS does not offer shipping to PO Boxes.
