Great quality of materials and detail. However, it came with very avoidable flaws:

1. The decorative grass in the parking lot has some excess of grass that didn’t get glued, so I had to clean off the ones that had spread all over the other parts.

2. Some of the holes to insert the walls of the building were too small/narrow to properly fit the other end, so I had to widen them with a nail file.

3. The “glass” of the building came severely scratched.
